Ajay is Threadmark’s CFO and COO, based in New York, and responsible for the firm’s global finance and operations functions. He has over 30 years of experience managing financial institutions.

Prior to joining Threadmark, Ajay held CFO and COO roles at several global private placement agents, including Eaton Partners, where he oversaw all global infrastructure matters. He previously worked as a product CFO for several alternative asset managers, covering fixed income, global macro, CDO and activist strategies. Ajay began his career at KPMG and Morgan Stanley in New York.

Ajay is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA in Finance and Management from the Stern School of Business at New York University, as well as a BBA (magna cum laude) in Accounting from Baruch College, CUNY.
