Xan is a member of the Distribution team, based in San Francisco and covering North American investors. He has over 20 years of experience in private capital raising and financial markets.

Xan joined Threadmark from Stonepeak Partners, where he was a Principal in the Investor Relations team for private equity and real assets. He began his career at Pantheon Ventures, where he held multiple roles including Principal of Investments, deploying capital across fund and direct asset investments.

Xan holds a BS and BA with dual concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the Boston University School of Management.
