Caroline is a member of the Distribution team, based in London and covering European investors. She has over 25 years of experience in capital raising and financial markets.

Caroline joined Threadmark from Colony Investment Management, where she was the Managing Director of Capital Markets and Investor Relations. Prior to this, Caroline founded Selborne James Ltd, a company established to support smaller managers with impact fundraising, and she has also held senior positions at CBRE Capital Advisers and First Avenue Partners. Caroline began her career at Barings Asset Management and has held roles at the Valuation Office Agency and the Arab Bank.

She holds an MSc in Estate Management from the London South Bank University and a BA Hons in International Business from the University of Greenwich.
