Jane is a member of the Distribution team, based in London, and sits on Threadmark’s ESG Committee. Jane covers European, Middle Eastern and Asian investors, and has over 20 years of experience in capital raising.

Jane joined Threadmark from EMF Capital Partners, where she was Head of Investor Relations. Prior to this, she was a Principal and Head of European Placement & Investor Relations at Hussar & Co. She began her career at Gryphon Investment Bank, where she held various roles including leading the firm’s private placement and investor relations activities.

Jane holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Wales.
